Zusammenfassung: | A hypothetical guideline, consisting of a thin superconducting current carrying wire in a vacuum tube, is assumed as a model. The current in a wire creates a cylindrical magnetic field in the case of an infinite straight guideline and a toroidal magnetic field applying a current ring, confining charged particles travelling along the current carrying wire. The wire is assumed to be superconducting to allow a negligible cross-section. The trajectories of the charged particles travelling along the current carrying wire, neglecting the space charge effect, are calculated numerically. |
