Median pairwise single-measure ICC for status were 0.58–0.65 (WIPE-osteitis), 0.10–0.88 (HIMRISS-osteitis) and for status/change 0.38–0.72/0.52–0.60 (WIPE-synovitis/effusion) and 0.68–0.89/0.78–0.85 (HIMRISS-synovitis/effusion). SRM was 1.23 for WIPE-osteitis, while lower for WIPE-synovitis/effusion and HIMRISS.
MRI-WIPE and HIMRISS may after further validation be useful in future spondyloarthritis trials. |
