Zusammenfassung: | The effect of titanium and niobium on the magnetic properties of lamination steel in continuous annealing has been investigated. Isochronal annealing processes were conducted with a continuous annealing simulator at 700, 750, 800, 850 and 900° C, respectively. It is found that fine titanium and niobium carbides have been precipitated out in the hot-rolled plates of lamination steels. During subsequent processing, TiC and NbC particles retard recrystallization and grain growth, but enhance (222) plane texture of lamination steels, it is also discovered that steels with addition of titanium and niobium have larger core loss and lower permeability than those of the standard one. Furthermore, the core loss decreases with increasing annealing temperature for each heat. |
