To further understand the pathogenetic differences between PsA and psoriasis as well as other SpA, larger cohort studies of well-phenotyped subjects with integrated analysis of genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic data using interomic system biology approaches are required. |
