Zusammenfassung:	Granulomatous pigmented purpuric dermatoses (PPD) are rarely reported. We present a case of granulomatous PPD in a 7‐year‐old boy, one of only two pediatric cases with reported solitary disease. The pathogenesis of unilesional granulomatous PPD may be different from the more commonly described multifocal/widespread disease variant.
