Properties of laser-beam sputtered CdS thin films
The aim of the present work was to study the structure, stoichiometry and some of the electrical properties of thin CdS films obtained by means of laser-beam evaporation. A comparison is drawn between the laser-beam evaporated films and films obtained by other methods.
