Zusammenfassung: | Prediction system of mechanical properties of heat-treated parts, JUMP (Jominy-curve, U-curve and Mechanical Properties computation system), has been developed. Improving the function of J-COMP system, the profile of quenched and tempered U-curves and the mechanical properties, for example, proof stress and tensile strength, of various positions in heat-treated parts are predicted with greater accuracy. It is being successfully applied to heat-treating processes of low alloy structural steels and, also, development of new grade steels such as carburizing steels for gear. |
