Identification and control of non-stationary delayed systems using state-affine representation

The paper describes an extension of state-affine representation (bilinear with polynomial inputs) which leads to a model for non-stationary delayed systems. Both identification and control methods for these systems are proposed and an example concerning a paper machine is reported.
