Anaphylaxis and allergy to coconut: An Australian pediatric case series

We report 9 cases of anaphylaxis and 26 cases of allergy to coconut in the largest clinical series examining this rare allergen. Having a tree nut allergy was not associated with increased incidence of coconut allergy, and eczema was common.
