Zusammenfassung: | X-ray scattering diffusion figures close to Bragg's reflections are interpreted by computer simulation on the basis of an ellipsoidal G.P. zones model. Evolution of G.P. zones in the Al--6.8 at.-% Zn alloy is followed during long ageing at room temperature by such a method. The characteristic dimensions and 'in situ' elastic strain coefficient are determined at different steps of the ageing. With this experimental procedure, this last coefficient is constant with the value epsilon = --0.018. 12 ref.--AA |
