Electric properties in solid solutions of Pb(Zr sub X Ti sub (1 minus X) O sub 3 near the morphotropic phase boundary

Electrical conductivity, Seebeck coeff., and dielectric constant were measured as a function of temp. for PZT ceramics (x=0.46-0.60). A max dielectric constant and min. in resistivity and Seebeck coeff. were observed at the phase boundary.
