Reflection and absorption of light by InSe single crystals are investigated in the range of wave numbers 500 to 100 cm‐1. Die Phononenenergien an der Kante der Brillouinzone (M‐Punkt) werden mit dem Modell der Kraftkonstanten berechnet, wobei die Atome einer einzelnen Schicht einbezogen werden.
