Zusammenfassung:	Highlights•A DC induction medium with optimal cytokine formula was proposed in this study. •After a 10-day culture in a DC medium, the expansion number of DCs more than 4000-fold. •The induced DCs were characterized by DC-related surface antigen expression. •The induced DCs maintained the ability to mature using LPS stimulation. •The induced DCs were confirmed using assays of endocytosis, MLR and cytokine secretion.
