Laura Satterfield and Kavin Buck

Laura Christina Satterfield and Kavin DeWayne Buck, the owners of an art gallery in Inglewood, Calif., were married yesterday. Mark E. Albarian, a friend of the couple and a Universal Life minister, officiated at a house rented for the occasion in Palm Springs, Calif. The bride, 34, and the bridegroom, 42, own and manage the South La Brea Gallery. She also works in multimedia and does video installations. He is a painter and sculptor. Last month, Ms. Satterfield, who is keeping her name, graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a docent at the Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center at U.C.L.A.
