Supervise, supervise, supervise

Nonprofits across the country are becoming increasingly interested in risk management. Those who work with vulnerable populations are especially attuned to the importance of protecting their clients. Screening new hires and creating new policies are important. But it is just as crucial, if not more so, to supervise those responsible for client care and make sure they are following existing policies. A person who ignores safety rules should not be allowed to remain in a responsible position.
