Zusammenfassung: | The instrument described uses an oscillator designed by Robinson (1959, 1963) to detect the resonance. A facility has been developed for phase-locking the Robinson oscillator to an external frequency-modulated master oscillator. Samples studied with the instrument should obey Curie's law and have a large magnetogyric ratio. Other sample characteristics required are a short spin-lattice relaxation time and a low electrical conductivity. |
