Zusammenfassung:Heating of various ferrite and metal powders by applying an external alternating current (AC) magnetic field, to develop materials for achieving local hyperthermia, was discussed. The difference in the hysteresis loop between Mg-ferrite and magnetite was presented. The results showed that the Mg-ferrite powder was more applicable for achieving local hyperthermia compared to magnetite powder.
