Main Problems in Perfecting the System of Director of Social Sports in China

In decade, the system of director in social sport had played an important and positive role in sport development in China. With the implement of vocational standard of director of social sport, we faced some new demands to perfect this system. In this paper, we analyzed some real demands and some problems, and proposed some ideas and legislation proposition in perfecting this system from developmental trends, management model, organization system, and motive and guarantee mechanism.
