Postprandial lipemia may be associated with atherogenic tendency by changing lipids, lipoproteins, sdLDL and oxLDL concentrations, especially in males. Four-hour postprandial TG concentrations emerged as a useful and reliable marker for evaluation of postprandial lipemia.
