Antivibrio activity of recombinant lysozyme expressed from black tiger shrimp, Penaeus monodon

The gene coding for lysozyme in black tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon) was cloned, sequenced and expressed in pEXP5-NT/TOPO vector.
