Zusammenfassung:	Tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma is a rare tumor with an indolent behavior in the majority of cases. In contrast, tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma with poorly differentiated foci has a bad prognosis with an aggressive and metastatic behavior. We present the case of a patient diagnosed with tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma with poorly differentiated foci.
