Zusammenfassung: | Tourism businesses can be assessed the company as a recreation, performs a variety of recreational activities to increase the attractiveness, attract more customers and to maximize the level of income. Recreational activities have an important function as marketing and promotion tool besides being an important element of attractiveness and a source of income. Nowadays, with the increasing importance of online marketing, applications on their business' web page are important in terms of business image and marketing. In this article, situated recreational activities on 295 five-stars hotel businesses' web sites in Antalya region have analyzed by content analysis. As a result of survey, web sites of the Hotel businesses in the survey are determined that insufficient in terms of both recreational activities and web sites' contents and schemes.Original Abstract: Bir rekreasyon isletmesi olarak degerlendirebilecegimiz turizm isletmeleri, cekiciliklerini arttirmak, daha fazla muesteri cekmek ve gelirlerini en uest duezeye cikarabilmek icin buenyelerinde cesitli rekreasyonel faaliyetler gerceklestirmektedir. Rekreasyonel faaliyetler, konaklama isletmeleri icin onemli bir cekicilik unsuru ve gelir kaynagi olmanin yaninda pazarlama ve tanitma araci olarak da onemli bir islev gormektedir. Guenuemuezde cevrimici pazarlama faaliyetlerinin oneminin artmasiyla birlikte isletmelerin web sayfalarinda yaptiklari uygulamalar isletme imaji ve pazarlama acisindan onem tasimaktadir. Bu calismada, Antalya bolgesinde faaliyet gosteren bes yildizli 295 konaklama isletmesinin web sayfalarinda yer alan rekreasyonel faaliyetler icerik analizi yontemiyle incelenmistir. Inceleme sonucunda, arastirmada yer alan konaklama isletmelerinin web sayfalarinin, hem rekreasyonel faaliyetler, hem de web sayfalarinin icerik ve duezenleri acisindan yetersiz olduklari belirlenmistir. Arastirma sonunda bu yetersizliklere iliskin oneriler sunulmustur. |
