Zusammenfassung:Highlights • Limitations and problems with ACDF using a traditional plate method have led some investigators to explore a new device to potentially avoid these complications. • In the past few years, a new zero-profile, stand-alone device for ACDF has attracted attention as a possible treatment for cervical DDD. • In this study, we investigate the clinical and radiological results of the new zero-profile, stand-alone Fidji cervical cage to treat single- and multiple-level cervical degenerative disc disease (DDD), and evaluate the safety and efficiency.
