Zusammenfassung:	Microcystic adnexal carcinoma is a rare malignant sweat gland tumor. We present the case report of a 63 year old male patient who developed this malignancy on the scalp, which is an uncommon site. The tumor has been removed by delayed MOHS technique with no relapse.
