A monoclonal antibody targeting the dimer interface of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)

Highlights • A monoclonal antibody targeted the dimer interface of EGFR is reported. • The monoclonal antibody could efficiently prevented the EGFR from dimerization. • The EGFR237−267 of β-hairpin in the dimer interface is highly conserved.
