Zusammenfassung:The aim of this study was to compare the effects of different types of physical activity (gymnastic - G, stretching - STR. Hydrogymnastic - HYD and walking - WALK) over the parameters of body composition (FAT %, Lean Body Mass - LBM and Fat Mass - FM). The results are disposed in the presented table: These data suggests that voluntary physical activity should be important to the maintenance of body composition, specially over the older subjects (with a tendency of increased gain of fat mass).
