SOLAR FLARE PROTON FLUXES IN THE LAST FEW MILLION YEARS

The authors describe a method for deducing the absolute solar cosmic-ray (flare) proton fluxes in the last few million years by means of He-3 in samples from three depths of lunar rocks. A figure shows concentration profiles of He-3 as a function of depth in lunar rocks 64435 and 61016.
