Zusammenfassung:Charcharodius orientalis and Melitaea punica telona are here recorded for the first time in the Romanian fauna. C. orientalis was found in the South-East of Romania (Dobrogea). M.punica telona is recorded from Dobrogea, two localities from Transylvania and from Hungary. For the both taxa, distribution and biology data, as well as the main diagnostic characters (including genitalia) are given. For "punica telona "complex, a comprehensive table with all described taxa is presented.
