Because of a significant bleeding risk due to elevated venous pressure and anticoagulant therapy, EVLT was performed for the GSV, which resulted in the complete occlusion of the GSV and healing of the ulcer. EVLT presents a safe and useful therapeutic technique for pulsatile varicose veins in the limbs. |
