16-2: A Novel Three Electrodes Structure LCoS with Low Fringing Field Effect

The novel three electrodes (Tri‐E) structure LCoS is proposed and its work principle is investigated. To compare with VA mode, the reflectance is increased from the simulation results and fringing field effect is great suppressed for the ultrahigh resolution LCoS.
