We assessed the effects of anoxia exposure and recovery on glycogen synthesis and mobilization, glucose uptake, and on the enzymes that control carbohydrate metabolism in the hepatopancreas of Chasmagnathus granulata crabs receiving either a carbohydrate-rich (HC) or a high-protein diet (HP).
