Comparison of 6-hour and 24-hour Infusion of Nafamostat Mesilate for the Prevention of Post-ERCP Pancreatitis

Conclusions: There was no difference between 6-hour and 24-hour nafamostat mesilate infusion group in the incidence of PEP. [...]6-hour infusion protocol may be effective and useful for the prevention of PEP in an outpatient setting.
