In the presence of soluble factors of trimester I placentas, secretion of IL-6 and soluble form of TNFRI receptor was higher than in the presence of trimester III placental factors. Secretion of IL-6 by THP-1 cells was higher, while secretion of soluble TNFRII receptor was lower in the presence of placentas from women with preeclampsia in comparison with physiological pregnancy.
