In order to determine the difference between the pre-test and post-test for the experimental and control groups, t-test was performed using SPSS software. Dvadeset i cetiri hrvaca je izabrana prema standardnim kriterijima. Oni su informirani o svim postupcima u projektu. Sudionici su grupirani slucajno u eksperimentalnu ili kontrolnu skupinu. Prije pocetka protokola mrsavljenja, za svakog sudionika je izracunata aerobna i anaerobna moc. Eksperimentalna skupina je pokazala razinu od 5 posto brzog mrsavljenja uz intervencije koje su ukljucivale teske vjezbe, koristenje plasticne odjece i ogranicenu potrosnju vode i hrane. t-testom za korelirani uzorak izvrsena je usporedba nezavisnih uzoraka radi dobivanja inter-grupnih razlika. Nakon izracuna mrsavljenja intervencija je uvedena na istrazivackim varijablama kao post-test. Kako bi se odredila razlika izmedu pre-test i post-test za eksperimentalne i kontrolne skupine, t-test je izveden pomocu SPSS programa.
