Zusammenfassung:The legal branch of the religious right is an especially interesting expression because it labors under certain constraints that do not apply to the others. Because its schools seek to train lawyers for successful practice and seek accreditation from the American Bar Association, they must develop and present their views in carefully reasoned ways that meet the standards for legitimate legal training. Because its lawyers aim to prevaü in negotiation and Utigation, they must frame their arguments in ways that are persuasive in the highly structured and decidedly secular atmosphere of the courts.
