Zusammenfassung:	Reports of Pseudallescheria boydii causing infection in immunocompromised hosts are increasing. Recognition and positive identification of this pathogen are critical, because treatment for P boydii differs from that of other fungal pathogens. To date, there are two reported cases of P boydii infection in patients with AIDS. We report the first case of P boydii sinusitis in a patient with AIDS.
