Associate Professor Dr Mohd Razali Mahmud, Head of Hydrography, Institute for Geospatial Science and Technology of the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) agreed to be interviewed by Hydro INTERNATIONAL (HI) on the matter.
