Highlights • Ex vivo ADCC answer can be related to donor effector cell. • LDH assay could be used for ADCC testing. • We exclude frozen PBMC as best candidates for ADCC test. • In chemotherapeutic regimen a fixed number of NK should be evaluated for ADCC.
