We report a case of retropharyngeal hibernoma in a 44-year-old male. He presented with obstructive symptoms for six months and a retropharyngeal mass upon examination. His CT scan findings showed a mass in the prevertebral region from level of C2 until C5 causing narrowing of upper aero digestive tract. Histopathological examination reported as hibernoma.
