Long-term outcomes of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-combined conditioning in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from HLA-identical family donors for myeloid malignancies

Highlights • We retrospectively analyzed the long-term outcomes of allogeneic BMT/PBSCT after conditioning consisting of 12 Gy TBI and G-CSF-combined high-dose Ara-C of 24 g/m2 in 89 adult patients with myeloid malignancies in our institute. • The probability of overall survival and cumulative incid...

Zusammenfassung:Highlights • We retrospectively analyzed the long-term outcomes of allogeneic BMT/PBSCT after conditioning consisting of 12 Gy TBI and G-CSF-combined high-dose Ara-C of 24 g/m2 in 89 adult patients with myeloid malignancies in our institute. • The probability of overall survival and cumulative incidence of relapse at 10 years were 64.5% and 22.2%, respectively. • Disease status at HSCT was associated with survival and relapse. • G-CSF-combined regimen provides long-term remission in patients with myeloid malignancies.
