Prevalence of Eosinophilic Esophagitis in a Population-Based Cohort from Southern California

Whites made up the majority of pediatric (52%) and adult (76%) cases, however we found a higher prevalence of disease in children from racial minority groups (22% Hispanic, 13% black, 6% Asian) compared to adults (10% Hispanic, 4% black, 3% Asian).
