Zusammenfassung:Calculations are given of the stationary concentration of substrate and products in the coating of amperometric biosensors involving consecutive multi-enzyme transformations of a substrate. The coating of a biosensor consists of an outer and inner membrane making a multi-enzyme sandwich comprising layers of separately immobilized enzymes. The relationships controlling the effect of the concentration of enzymes and their kinetic parameters, and the permeability and thickness of the coating components, as well as the parameters of the indicator reaction of biosensor sensitivity and the value of the concentration range suitable for substrate analysis were evaluated.
