In addition, only the TCLE group showed synergy between the densities of cells containing cytotoxic granule subtypes. Cytotoxic granules are important in the pathomechanism of TCLE. They may perform functions other than apoptosis, including maintenance of inflammation and dermal mucinous deposits in TCLE. |
