Zusammenfassung:	Highlights • There is good interreader correlation of ADC and perfusion values in lymph nodes and primary tumors of patients with rectal cancer. • Functional parameters, in particular PF, may be useful in discriminating tumor stage. • In the patients without neoadjuvant RCT no statistically significant differences in the assessed functional parameters on the basis of pathologic stage were found.
