The metabolism of selected PCDFs in the rat

The metabolism of seven PCDF-isomers, including 2367- and 1378-tetra-CDF, 12348-, 12378- and 23478-penta-CDF, 123678-hexa-CDF and 1234678-hepta-CDF was investigated in the rat. Biliary metabolites from all compounds, except hepta-CDF were identified.
