Bovine serum albumin nanoparticle vaccine reduces lung pathology induced by live Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in mice

Highlights • A nanoparticle associated to P. aeruginosa antigens is proposed as a new vaccine. • The immunized mice showed a significant production of anti P. aeruginosa antibodies. • The immunized mice had a less lung tissue damage induced by live P. aeruginosa.
