Sports rights realization of social vulnerable groups

With literature, logic analysis methods, reasons for problems that social vulnerable groups have in the realization of sports rights are analyzed, and the analysis shows that the disadvantaged group sports'rights are not sufficiently realized, due to functional absence of social sports organization, and obstacles from concept, legislation and management. It puts forward to transform social sports organization function, change the error consciousness, give the disadvantaged group sports rights, enhance legal and management support, in order to realize the sports rights.
