High-performance liquid chromatographic separation of lens crystallins and their subunits
A high-performance liquid chroamtography (HPLC) method for the separation of lens crystallins has been developed which utilizes molecular sieve HPLC. Also described is a rapid one-step separationof the lens crystallin subunits using a reversed-phase C 4 column.
