Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	The following three new species of the predaceous midge genus Macrurohelea from Argentina are described and illustrated: gentilii, monotheca and wirthi . Two of these new species, M. gentilii and M. monotheca , differ from all other species of Macrurohelea in possessing a single spermatheca instead of the usual two. A key to the 9 Neotropical species is presented.
