The area of zone of inhibition ranging from (4.64 mm super( 2) to 6.47 mm super( 2)) and (4.64mm super( 2) to 5.72 mm super( 2)) for the Well Diffusion and Poison plates respectively. Both methods indicate that the area of the zone of inhibition for compound (2) is more potent than reference antibiotics: Nystatin and Ampicillin. |
